What can I sell on BeBridely? 

We welcome the sale of any wedding related items that you have purchased and no longer want or have used and would love to find a new Bride for. These items include: Wedding dress, bridesmaid dress, Mother of the Bride/Groom dress, wedding decor and anything else along those lines. 


How do I become a Seller on BeBridely?

I own a Business, can I sell on BeBridely too? 

As BeBridely is mainly focused on Brides selling to other Brides, we have set aside a very limited space for businesses to sell. If interested, please contact us at hello@bebridely.com to discuss further. 

 

What type of payment does BeBridely accept? 

Because of the Buy Protection Program offered through PayPal, we integrate with them on our site. PayPal accepts the following forms of payment: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal Balance and Bank Account. Other options are also available as listed on the checkout page. 

 

When will my order ship? 

Orders must be shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS unless otherwise noted in the item description. Once it ships, you will be provided with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Items that will take longer than normal to arrive will have a note listed within the description. Please review before purchasing. 

 

When will I get paid for items I’ve sold on BeBridely? 

To help protect against possible fraudulent items, Sellers are paid within 2 days of items delivered to the Buyer, minus transaction fees (10% fee). Sellers are paid through a PayPal Account or Internet Banking.

 

Do you offer returns? 

As with most second hand sales, there are generally no refunds, especially when it comes to big ticket items such as wedding dresses. However, if there’s an issue with your orders such as one listed below and you paid using our preferred method of PayPal, you may be covered under PayPal Buyer Protection:

  • your dress arrives significantly different to the seller's description
  • your item arrives damaged
  • Never received order

Reasons for return that are not covered under PayPal Buyer Protection include:

  • change of mind
  • Item doesn't fit

If for some reason you still no longer want the item, you are more than welcome to resell it here on BeBridely. 

 

How do I report an item?

One of the main reasons for BeBridely was to create a safer space than our original group for buying and selling our wedding items. If you feel like an item seems like fraud, please reach out to us immediately at hello@bebridely.com with the subject line Fraud.
